Very misleading user interface
The dashboard for logged in members does not clearly show the amount due even if you are ahead in payments it states that the amount is "OUTSTANDING" it is in red and there is an exclamation mark.
There is no other way to interpret this other than an amount owing which is innacurate

Thank you for your feedback. In accounting, the positive or negative amount is usually the indicator of whether one's account is in credit or debt. We do however agree with you that this may cause some confusion.
Unfortunately, the software is an external provider so we are unable to change this ourselves. We have however reported this to the software providers so they can add this change to their development list.
