USELESS

I am absolutely appalled by the level of service provided by Solver. This agency is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Currently, I am renting a flat and they are the Body Corporate, and due to the owner’s failure to pay an outstanding amount, they have taken it upon themselves to restrict my electricity. Let's be clear: I moved in last November and had nothing to do with this debt. It's outrageous that they allowed the owner to rent out this property knowing full well his financial issues, and now I am paying the price! I have three children at home, and we are forced to endure cold showers and often go without hot meals. The sheer neglect and disregard for my family's well-being is infuriating. Every time the electricity completely cuts off, they expect me to lay out an additional R500 just to have them restore power. It is evident that Solver takes pleasure in exploiting unsuspecting tenants like myself. This is not just poor service—it's downright abusive and unacceptable.
