Unpleasant experience
What was supposed to be a pleasant stay with in our new rental turned into a "managing agent" that doesn't care and a landlord that doesn't assist either. They know of the issues yet do nothing about them, even after email after email. Call after call. They would rather you deal with the landlord then take responsibility on their part. Nothing but problems since day one. Wouldn't recommend using Solver for anything.
