********* and Non-Professional Mis-Management
This is my second review about this company. They still have not contacted me or fixed my problem. They say we are owing alot of money for the levy, My dad and kids are staying in Lessing Close and its a joke to get in and out of the property. They said they will not give them a remote until our account has been settled.
However they have handed us over to the ombudsman and I am awaiting for the case to be presented to me. My dad is an pensioner but he still pay the same price. Have not been given a discount and now that my mom is not there anymore he is finding it difficult to communicate with these property managers. I stay far from my dad and I dont see him as often is I like so I am trying to help my dad from my side.
Solver Property is a joke and ********* and I wish someone will do something about their obvious mis-management and non-professional conduct with regards to permanent residents of the complexes.

Unfortunately, a Homeowners Association does not function as a normal business and thus cannot offer pensioners a discount – This has not been provided for by the MOI or via any form of owners resolution.
We would like to remind you that this levy to which you refer is determined by the owners at an Annual General Meeting. We are merely the administrators collecting the levies as mandated and instructed to do so. Should you object or have a proposal, we would encourage you to attend the Annual General Meeting whereby you can put forward any suggestions that you may have as far as the levies are concerned.
Needless to say, please can you contact the Portfolio Management team looking after your complex and they will endeavor to assist you.
