The worst property managers ever
I think solver is a bunch of ****** that just exploits people. They have taken over the management of the flats in Sophiatown. You can't even call it a complex as there's no boundary walls or fencing around the people's property. They don't paint,they don't clean, the buildings are falling apart. Yet people are being charged Levi's of almost R1000 a month. My Levi's and electricity usage jumped with R1000 from its normal amount and this is in a month where we have constant load shedding. And no water, we are collecting water from water trucks. I'm also not home during the day so Howwwwww?.
I've emailed solver I've called them, left messages and no one bothers calling back. I want answers and you are not giving them.

We take an incredible amount of pride in the buildings where we are the managing agents but at times, the complex's financial position dictates the exterior image of the building. While we do try proposing various solutions and cost-saving initiatives, there are 1 or 2 cases where the majority of the complex doesn't pay and it restricts what can or can't be done.
Be that as it may, please do call us to get involved and we will provide a detailed explanation of our endeavors and what has been done to try to assist the complex (together with a status update of course).
