The Worst Property Management Service Company

Hi, We have been with Solver for a few years now and when they started, they were good but as time goes on they have been terrible in managing our complex. I have been phoning them for over 4 months about a query with my account where I short paid with R300 and this amount was then separated from the next invoices and it has been accumulating interest and lawyers fees. How do you send someone a lawyer's letter for one month's short payment instead of adding it in the following month's payments. I think its their way of milking us and they send you from pillar to post when you enquire. The emails don't get a response for months now so I thought calling would help. No one knows how to resolve the matter, even the person who signed the letter sent to me doesn't know how to respond to the issue. When you call, you will be sent from pillar to post and if you are lucky to find someone who is willing to listen, they will apologise and assure you that they will get back to you and that will be the last time you hear from them. The costs keep rising. The complex is in the most disgusting state, the trees, the grass growing on the paving and there is a house that has been in construction for years and its now abandoned. The bricks, building sand, **** and rats are the order of the day. Solver has no plan of dealing with the matter but they are very quick to send you lawyer's letters so they burden those who pay and no plan for non-payers. I have tried to sell but the incomplete construction means I will be lucky if anyone can buy and even if I find a buyer, the value of my property is down the drain but now they want to increase levies by a whooping 40%. Where have you ever heard that? Is it even legal? I am shocked seeing some reviews where people say they have received any service from them and for those who are receiving automated responses from they that you should contact them and give them your complex name and contact details, let me tell you for free, that is the only time you would have heard from them. Even if you make 10 calls, you will never be attended by these guys. Their portfolio managers resign all the time; we have a new one now from last month. It is about the 4th one in a period of two years. I have lost all hope for this entity and if you are looking for property services think twice; Solver is not going to solve any of your problems but it will milk you dry soon after signing with them for the second time.
