Solver Property Services can't be trusted to do the right thing.

We sold our house recently and of course there are clearance figures that needed to be paid. SOLVER is now refusing to refund us what is owed to us. Clearance figures were over R4000 and they owe us at least R1500. Washing their hands and telling me the attorneys should deal with it. The lady who deals with clearances at Solver is Elizabeth Pinhao. She just gives me this generic reply and refuses to help. I am disgusted with them. This is clearly theft and if it I don't get my refund, I will have to get Lawyers involved. They clearly can't be trusted.

Dear Ruan,

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry for only coming back to you now but we have only recently joined HelloPeter.

I think you may be misunderstanding the managing agent's role vs the attorney's role in the clearance process. Please may we request that you contact someone from our management team and they will endeavor to assist you further with this? Know that your concern is important to us and we would like to do our best to address this for you.

Kind Regards,
Solver Property Services
