SOLVER PROERTY SERVICE STAFF ARROGANT
My car was damaged on being stopped by the guard at the gate of Aspen Villas in Morningside. Despite many requests for feedback from Lea Esterhuizen I have not had finality to the matter. I find this unacceptable and extremely arrogant.

Thank you for your feedback.
Situations like these are often very sensitive and require feedback from various 3rd parties (Insurance companies, Guard’s version of events etc). This may have led to some of the delays, however, we could have communicated this better (For which we apologise).
If there is anything else that we can assist with on this matter, please be so kind as to report it to the PM7 team and they will endeavor to assist. The management team is also available should you need to escalate the matter.
Thank you for your feedback.
