Solver most useless managing agent
In 2017 there was a leak on the roof of the complex which resulted in damages to the ceiling of my apartment. After numerous calls and e-mails my claim was repudiated. Few weeks ago the rain gushed through the very same roof that I had reported in 2017. This resulted in damages to my carpets, ceiling again, wall, electricity plugs. As a result I lost an exceptional tenant who refused to live under unbearable conditions. I have lost count of how many phone calls I have made to their offices and e-mails.
I have never come across a bunch of such *********** bunch.
I pay my levies timously every month without fail and I get such a horrifying service from Solver, who can’t solve Jack.
