Solver most unprofessional company
Wow how to start with this one! The most pathetic unprofessional company that i have ever delt with in my life! First of all we receive exactly same emails on a daily bases where two of the employees can't communicate and makes unpleasant circumstances after explaining and sorting out a problem! Next moment it’s complaining of and elderly couple that has nothing to do all day but complain about our dogs and we just have to take the punches! We have received an complain that our yard is full of dog **** but we have gardening service once a week cleaning everything yet the only people that can see in our yard is the elderly people that needs to complaine about something and this was not the first ridiculous complaint from them and solver can’t sort out anything in a professional way the are welcome to come view the yard on a weekly base yet they just deliver an email about how we need to clean and how they find it unhygienic! Absolutely a joke and most pathetic company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

When choosing to live in community estates, we need to take our neighbors into consideration. If the dog feces are causing a smell (and/or is unpleasant to look at) our suggestion would be to kindly consider cleaning this more frequently (as opposed to leaving it for the once a week garden service). Just a suggestion as we are living within a community.
Whilst your feedback is noted, it may be worthwhile also mentioning that we can only act on instructions of trustees (or within the scope of the law).
