Solver is the managing agent for our complex. Having sent through all documents to load a supplier for plumbing services there was a long delay in getting the financials documents vetted and approved.

After repeated Emails to find out what was happening I eventually managed to get hold of Thuli Khoza telephonically who assisted and I managed to get confirmation of the onboarding of the supplier very quickly thereafter.
