I have recently joined Solver Property Services and have found the staff to be very helpful, professional when dealing with clients when I have been in earshot of telephone conversations. Their attitude, although under a lot of pressure, is helpful, patient and caring about you settling into your new environment. You are encouraged to learn and this company definitely has the potential for growth for anyone who becomes an employee. Several staff have moved from low positions upon joining and are now in more senior positions in different departments. I would rate it in the category of one of the most welcoming companies for any new staff.
