No service and terrible ethics
Terrible company with zero service ! They love to fine for everything and when it comes to maintenance and work to be done they are no-where to be found.
If you are looking for them as a service provider, best look elsewhere.

Thanks for your feedback. Sounds like your complaint stems from a letter sent for non-compliance. For this reason, we have taken the liberty of breaking down the response:
1. Owners/residents should comply with the rules. They have been created by the owners. 2. Kindly note that we are mandated by the complex/owners. We can only issue a warning if instructed to do so by the complex. 3. Lastly, maintenance is also decided on by the complex. We cannot affect repairs without the complex’s permission.
There are, however, solutions. These matters can be raised with the committee members, and they can look into this for you. As an owner, you can also stand as a committee member. This will give you the opportunity to take a more active role in the management of the complex. Needless to say, we are here to assist. Please contact your PM team allocated to your complex and they will endeavor to assist you further.
