No feedback on Why they decide to charge me more

I bought my first place to start a family with not knowing that my levies is going to keep raising with no explanation, my levies amount nearly doubled in less than a year, they keep on charging me more on electricity while im paing my own prepaid electricity, if I ask them why they tell me that all this time they have been reading the meter wrong, and only one person could talk to me about it but for more than a week he was meaning to phone me back but he is always to busy, this is a company who is more concerned about sending out 5 emails a week about parking issues but when it comes to money they dont have answers, if you ever want to buy a unit in a complex run by solver property, Run.! you will end up paying them more than you pay the bank on your home loan
