Mis-management of funds
Complete mis-management of funds. As a trustee of a body corporate, i still to date have service providers trying to sue us due to Solver, the managing agent not paying them during their shocking tenure at our industrial property despite levies being paid in FULL.
We would have opened up a legal case against Solver but we have already been significantly financially prejudiced by them and want to move on.
I strongly suggest refraining from utilizing them as managing agents if you care about the financial interest of your property.
