In general it has been a good experience. However, in the beginning there were a few challenges with communication, turnaround time for complaints, etc. But everything changed for the better, since I began working with our new and current Portfolio Manger Mrs. Swanepoel, Ankia. She is a very professional PM, effective and efficient. Very patient and excellent communication skills. Furthermore, her ability to innovate, and come up with progressive solution based suggestions has been invaluable for the Image one Body corporate that I represent. It is my wish and desire that other personnel at Solver learn and adopt Ankia's way of managing matters, including disputes resolutions.
