False Reply
Solver is a ****! Their reply on social was just a lie and they've not idea what they're doing. Since their reply in December 2022 nothing was absolutely done and all that they can say is they don't have a solution for you @Ankia Swanepoel, @Leezelle Malan,. Can someone here tell me how can one's account accumulate from R31 000 to R49 000 in just 2 months. Levies being paid every month the only outstanding issue to be resolved is the legal fees and handover done by them.
Days ago, I received the below email from them but they can't fix the issue, like what is going?

Thank you for your mail. I doubt highly that an account goes in arrears of over R40 000 for missing two payments. I am not sure where the instruction came from and I am not aware of any queries specifically. It is possible that there were queries raised with my predecessor or even the previous managing agent, to this I cannot comment or resolve. It is noted that some payments are made, but not enough to bring the account up to date. As to the legal costs, they are not mine and the query relating to them can be addressed by yourself.

Note that handing clients over to attorneys is not an easy decision and is only done so once the collection team have exhausted all means necessary to try to get the debtor to settle their accounts (this includes contacting the owner 7 times in one month (email, text messages, calls, etc.). We ONLY hand the account over if these attempts have been ignored by the debtor. Needless to say, we are here to assist and will gladly discuss this with you in more detail. This includes explaining your arrears, providing evidence of emails and SMS attempts, etc.

"Calling the owner 7 times" wow that's new...no one from Solver once called me to inform me about the handover! As for text msgs etc I didn't even know that Solver utilizes such. I've never received not even 1 sms from Solver.
Emails yes sure as long as it's about my incorrect invoice and statements. On another hand I've called numerous times dealing with 3 people whom have since left Solver (@Godfrey, @Ayanda and @Monnie) I've even dealt with @Lezzelle & @Paula currently at Solver if not the whole of Solver at this rate. I've been to your offices more than once without a solution, no one is willing to take responsibility. This evening I received an email from Ankia telling me to remove her name from Hellopeter because she doesn't service my complex?!?!

NB: The attorneys they handed me over sent me an email on Friday 24/02/2023 asking me to resolve my account with Solver since they didn't instruct the legal fees, I forwarded Solver that email to date no reply concerning that! But they reply on social saying they're willing to assist when they know ecxatly that they don't care!
I'm not going to contact you, you can now call me for once, reply to my emails and set an appointment with me to come to your offices, because the past appointments I was the one begging to come over in order to understand the mater at hand. I've been putting effort ever since, even trying to meet visually but nothing.
