Do yourself a favor and stay away from these 'professionals'
The worst, most *********** property management company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Been trying to update my contact details with Solver for a year now with no prevail witch means i am not receiving any monthly statements witch means i have no idea what and when to pay! Then they have the audacity to charge me interest and penalty for late payment after i still don't receive statements... Do yourself a favor and stay away from these 'professionals'

We have only recently joined HelloPeter. Needless to say, we will try and assist.
We find this matter a bit bizarre and we may need to look into this a bit more. The reason being - changing an owner's contact information is extremely easy for us to do. The only thing we could think that may have caused delays is the verification process (Or perhaps delays of confirmation from the transferring attorney's side). Needless to say, at the very least, we could have better communicated this to you - for which we apologise.
In the future, please feel free to escalate this to one of the managers and we will endeavor to assist, thank you.
