Disgusting Service
Absolutely the WORST management company out there. When you want to leave because the service stinks, they do not let you go! Stay far away! They don't even deserve 1 star.

Unfortunately, this is not the correct platform to address this matter as it's not a simple answer or quick fix. The root of the problem stems from an appointment of a contractor made by the owners at a Special General Meeting. While some owners were satisfied with the work completed, others were not. This is unfortunately outside of our mandate and this has been explained numerous times. Needless to say, the attorneys are now involved and we are confident that they can provide some clarity and direction.

12 Apr 2023, 08:50Firstly, as an unhappy consumer, this is the correct platform so that others can be warned not to use Solver.
Secondly, as I said previously, not one of the directors has to date had the decency to contact us.
Thirdly, not one of the owners are happy with the contractor since it was shown to them that he **** about his qualifications.
Fourthly, our unhappiness with Solver is not only due to the fact that you don't vet contractors, but because of very slow payments, lack of response to emails, but the biggest issue is with the loan taken out through CRS (Complex Rescue Services). There is a family tie between the 2 companies.....would you like me to reveal more on this platform?
Fifthly, we want to leave Solver. You hang on so desparately. Rather just graciously let go. We don't want you to manage us anymore. You are doing far more damage to your reputation by digging in your heals.
