Complaints about solver property service

I bought this complex last year October , since I started to stay in my house there is no peace. They accused you with something you didn't do. I'm a peaceful person I don't have friends but they gave me a fine that there was a noise I'm my parking. Even I told them that I was sleeping that day because I was working and I've hered that noise of people who was speaking Afrikaans but I didn't border cos it was not late and it was a weekend, I asked them proof that shows it was me .till today there's no proof but they keep on sending me emails and sms that I did not pay my levies they would hand over my name, which I don't like. I've got their email where they promise to take the matter to the security. What I've noticed here residents have no rights , even u played music on your tv and security patrolling and hered you are playing music in you tv he will say lower down you tv people are complaining when u asked which people he won't tell. There is conduct and rules I make sure I followed it but here I seems as the security got their own rules and I the owner got the difference rules.In all I hate myself buying this property here Thank u Princess nzuza
