Bad Service

I have been fighting for nearly 3 months to even a response from them on property fixtures they removed without permission and has failed to replace. Numerous email communication to them and no response. Incorrect billing, I have requested for them to send me the correct invoice to pay, still they ignore me and charge me debt recovery for payments they failed to pick up on their side and charge me interest on the supposed overdue account. Not even an apology from them on their error, they reply with a sarcastic "have a wonderful day" and add a smiley face to it. Absolute worst property agents ever.
