A water pipe burst in one of my properties and flooded the unit while I was overseas. I was immediately contacted by one of Solver’s Property Services portfolio managers, Ankia Swanepoel, who went above and beyond to assist me. She organised and managed contractors to fix my unit and assisted with the insurance claim. I am forever grateful for her support in my time of need. I have several properties in town house complexes where Solver Properties has been the managing agent for more than fifteen years.
