Great Service
Called the company, lady answered she was quite friendly. Explained to me how the company works. She then scheduled me in for the next day…they were friendly and fixed my tumble dryer within an hour! Great Service! Will definitely recommend this company! Thank you Solveit

Very bad experience
Unfortunately, I never even had the opportunity to use this company’s services because of the way I was treated during the booking process. I rep**** to their message within the same minute it was sent, yet they only read my response about 40 minutes later. Despite this, I was told that they had already booked other clients, as if the delay was my responsibility. What was even more disappointing was the tone and attitude of the communication, which I found disrespectful and unprofessional. From my interaction, it appears that the receptionist is also the owner, making the experience even more concerning, as customer service reflects the values of the business itself. Good customer service starts with respect and professionalism. In this case, the interaction alone was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. It’s unfortunate that a company would lose a potential client because of the way it communicates with customers.
