Solutions Medical cc refuses to repair my wheelchair of 5 months that is is still under warranty

"Please see spate list for answers to your other questions:" The Batteries do not last, I have to charge the chair every day - "Batteries are not covered under warranty, as we have no control as to the charging and use thereof and is seen as wear and tear" The joystick handle keeps getting loose along with random knots and bolts.
