Apsolutely pathetic service and product.

I ordered their Grindcure product which looked decent enough in the website pictures but what I received was a plastic case with the lowest quality rubber teeth guard I have ever seen.

I spent a few weeks trying to use this uncomfortable product and the only suggestion from the supplier was to try cut it to get it to fit properly, they offered a 45 day refund policy so I sent it back via registered mail but never received any further response and definitely didn't receive my refund!

Better to spend a little more at your dentist and get a custom night guard that actually works versus an almost R 400 product that probably costs R 5 to produce.
