Bad practice - Dispute
Good day Ombudsman,
Please refer to the attached Compuscan credit report pulled today. The company called Solution Expert(NCRDC2632)(Carrim Abdul Khalik) placed me under debt review without my consent on 11.08.2020. I app**** for debt review in 2017 with them and canceled it. I never reapp**** again. I have no affiliation with them. I did not sign a document to go under debt review from 11.08.2020 nor are they deducting any money from my account.

They want your money and afterwards bad customer service.This is what exactly happened now. I will not be shouted at for making my point.
