Used shipping containers

Very bad company bought 4 containers for amount of R72000 ..paid in cash with delivery fee .On the day off delivery they want another R28500 extra ...i decline that and ask my money back .They confirm they will pay it back on 27 November ...they ask my banking details ..i send it since then nothing STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND Quotation 35462 Gawie Snyman
