Very disappointed and irritated with the service of solution experts.

I went under dept review a few years back. As I thought i was the best choice as thats what the companies logo say... And i fully regret it. I finished paying all my accounts, but it has been a very long time to get the dept review off from my name. I keep on phoning Solution Experts for a few weeks just te get my clearance certificate in order to send it to trans union, but no luck at all. I even have the whatsapp number, all my messages that i send only gets read with no reply. I have ask sevral times for a supervisor or managers number. But they just say that they did receive the clearance certificate today and they will send it. Also they say that they have send it but i never get it. And they do have my correct email address. I have spoken to every consultant at the call center in Cape Town at Solution Experts. But not even one could manage to help and resolve this matter. Every day is a different story, but keeps on saying i will get it before COB. Everyday the consultants tell me that i will receive it before close of business day. I am very disappointed and irritated with the service and the resolve of my problem.
