Solution Experts - SHOCKING SERVICE!!!

No response to numerous e-mails and telephone calls, no certificates on 2x paid up accounts and 1x actually in credit!! No assistance after retrenchment and initially took 2 months to pay over to creditors, but 2x took large payments for legal fees. Asked them to remove debt review as dealing with banks personally... a year later, still nothing done and no contact whatsoeve!!! Was initially well assured that they are there to assist the public and that there will be insurance in place for retrenchment, etc. ... now a different story and I am way more worse off than before, signing up with them was a huge mistake!!!
