SOLUTION EXPERTS HAS A DON'T CARE ATTITUDE

I have signed up with this debt review company in May 2017. I requested assistance with 5 accounts. All the paperwork have been sent back and forth and confrimation that they are handling the accounts on my behalf from July 2017. One of the accounts ABSA have not been handled correctly meaning they did not finalise the agreement and i was handed over to lawyers. Solution Experts withdrew the account on their side and i had to pay the lawyers. they still include the original amount that was suppose to be paid to ABSA on the debit order they take every month. Every time i phone them they do not phone back. i have tried since the 23/07/2018 to speak to my portfolio manager and all i get is "i will come back to you" "they are not available" I have sent a mail to them on Monday 23/07/2018 informing them that i am cancelling their serivce. To date i have not been able to speak or get acknowledgment of this mail sent. I do not recommend this company at all to anyone as they seem to be very dishonest and full of empty promisses.
