Solution Experts

I have been on debt review for the past two years now and I have paid up all my debt. I have been trying to get hold of someone working at Solution Experts to try and get them to collect a paid up letter that I can not get because of procedures. This has been going on for at least a month now. How difficult can it be just to pick up the phone and call me back to give the information that is needed and then to collect the paid up letter. When that is done then there is only one step left for them and that is to get my clearance certificate in order. I have been leaving messages for this person to call me back but he/she doesn't . What am I to do about this? It's frustrating, I want to do things but I can't because of these people's negligence they are holding me back.
