FOR FINANCIAL CHAOS, CONTACT SOLUTION EXPERTS

Myself and my wife have signed an agreement with a debt counselling company; namely Solution Experts. We have been paying them since June 2017 with an agreed amount of +-R10 800. As of September all my creditors have been calling me stating that my accounts are in arrears and they have not been paid for approx.. 60 days and are threatening to take legal action against me. Solutions Expert told me that they have to revise our contract and have raised our monthly payment from +-R10800.00 to +-R17000.00, after going back and forth with them, they again came back with another amount of +-R14000.00. The reason for this revised amount is that their sales consultant (Enriko) who initially had advised me and sold the entire idea and who had drew up the contracts after we agreed on the final amount of +-R10800.00, he MISLEAD me. Now, a person named Mishka called me told me that because of Enriko’s mess up with the initial quote, myself and my wife have to pay the +-R14000.00 monthly amount and a new contract will have to be drawn up. Initially, when Enriko contacted me he told me all my debt would be taken care of in the amount of +-R10800.00 and no creditors will be contacting me, Solution Experts will be dealing directly with all creditors. Now I’ve spoken to a few people at Solutions Expert, Grezelle, Mishka, Joletta and Adnan, all who have said they will review everything and come back to me. Each time I call or leave messages, they promise to call back but nothing happens, these people are either too busy or the are just plain down ignoring me. Eventually when I do get hold of these people they are absolutely RUDE and ARROGANT, the tone in their voice is with such ANGER. They don’t even give you a chance to speak, all they want to do is get their message across, SHOUTING ABOVE MY VOICE. The manager Grezelle has not once taken my calls after I started asking questions about what was promised by Enriko. The problem that I am faced with is that while they are collecting my monthly payment my creditors are not being paid and are calling me every day and are threatening to take legal action against me. This was the worst mistake of my life, thinking you trying to make a better life for you and your family and then you get a company like Solution Experts to break you even further.
