Sol-Tech & Dyslexia doesn't go together!

What a huge disappointment! I believed in Sol-Tech and wanted to support them by letting my child be educated by such a great institution. He was so exited! Only to be told that he is now being penalised for being Dyslexic (he was diagnosed age 9). Yes, I was truthful on the online application. I wanted him to do the bridging course first due to him not having the correct math, ext. He then was asked to do the "selection test" before the bridging course. That just didn't make logical sense to me but I trusted in their judgement. He didn't pass. I phoned Sol-Tech and Mari explained to me that they first didn't want to except him based only on the medical report provided to them but then decided that if he passes the selection test he can enroll. I told Mari that he wouldn't be able to pass the test due to him not completing the bridging course yet, isn't that the reason why the selection test is done AFTER the bridging course? Her answer was that Sol-Tech doesn't want me to waste my money..... I am now expected to re-evaluate him again to provide Sol-Tech with a more resent Dyslexic report to see if his reading have improved. I was absolutely dumbfounded by that statement. I think him passing is matric speaks volumes! I have now lost complete faith in Sol-Tech. Their Mission Statement sounds so hollow now.
