I want my money!!!!

There’s a new app called SOLshop that allows you to buy groceries and other stuff at cheaper prices as a group. I placed and order for a few items that amount to R250 and waited for my order, only to find out that they don’t deliver in my area. This even after they had confirmed my delivery address in Pretoria. I then asked that they refund my money back into my account on the 5th and they promised 5-7days. It’s now the 22nd and I’m still waiting for my refund. They’ve put the money in my app wallet which doesn’t help me much as they don’t deliver in my area so I want my money back in my account but they are now ignoring me after I even sent them screenshots of the conversations we had with promise to refund me. R249.95 is a lot of money for me to just let it be
