Very rude and no customer service

We booked for 2 night 6July 8th july..yolanda charged us R1000..when we get to the room no towels no sachets to make tea/coffee..well i tried calling them from room 26 phone is faulty..eventually guy came and know asking if they can help told him no towels...he gave me..next day found a receipt from previous clients they also were there fir 2 night 2july to 4july they paid R800..when i asked indian guy and other lady that was there this morning lady was extremely rude she couldn't give me the answer why were overcharged..i even send an email nobody reply to *** bad service
