Solomons Clothing Worst Service Ever

I bought a pair of Grasshoppers on the 9th of February and wanted to return them due to the sole comming lose. They not only refused to refund or replace the shoes they also didn't react when I stated that they are obligated by law (consumer act section 56) to do so.
