Bad service - Solomons bus service

On 23 November 2019 we took our sunday school to Farmyard. We paid for two 60seaters and one 25 seater. 1. They arrived late 2. Sent one 60seater and one 45seater bus 3. Upon enquiries no one could give me answers as to where the correct busses are that we paid for. 4. We sqeezed 115 children, 24 adults and 12 teachers into the two busses 5. A 25seater bus stopped us near Stellenbisch 6. Depature time from Farmyard as per invoice was 17:30 but only the 45seater and 25seater bus on site. 7. At 17:45 we were asked to leave the campsite as the third bus has not arrive yet. 8.waited outside the gate in the rain and the 3rd bus arrives at 18:20. 9. As we enter Stellenbosch on our way home, the bus starts jerking and stucks without diesel. 10. The owner has no answer nor does he phine back with an alternative 11. The driver of the 3rd bus (55seater) could not provide a valid drivers license nir a pdp. 12. As the client u had to organise for the other busses to come back and fetch us. 13. No hazards working in bus 14. No red triangle to place in road behind bus to indicate the bus is in distress 15. We arrive home at 20:45 with very tired children 16. Up to date no apology from management despite numerous emails and phone calls. 17. Busses were in very bad state
