Pathetic service from Solomon Optometrist Parow

I have been with the branch in Parow Mcintyre since 2006 or 2007. It was convenient, had the best service and prices. We are a family of four and we all wear specs. My daughter of 6yrs old started to wear glasses last year in February. To date her glasses broke thrice and everytime I had to pay cash for a new frame. Today her glasses broke once again. My sister took her straight to the optom and again I had to pay for a frame. The frame came to over a R1000 but I got a discount and had to pay R510, which was not a problem. I tried to do an eft from my internet banking but unfortunately our schools wifi and my data was giving problems. I asked if they could please just give her the glasses and that I would come and pay after school. They refused to do so. I understand that business is tough but just last month I had my contact lenses made there which was claimed from my medical aid. Twice a year a pay cash for my contact lenses and does not have any outstanding accounts with them. All I wanted was for my little girl to go home with her glasses so that she can start with her homework. My son attends Parow High school and I was planning to stop after school to pay them. Our almost 20year relationship has just been terminated. Today you have lost four clients and I will inform my friends and the rest of my family.
