SoloCart - No after sale service or communication

Need support in getting a replacement part for a electric golf caddy bought from SoloCart in Cape Town. All forms of communication gets ignored. The cart is now just a very expensive door stop at the moment. I will not advise anyone to use them as their service is below average.
