Terrible service regarding invoicing

Extremely poor service regarding invoicing. I had to speak with 3 different people before someone really helped me with the purchase I wanted to make. Then I received the quote (which was great) and I then asked for an invoice with specific details on it. Estelle then told me that I first have to make the payment on the quote before I can receive the invoice. So I made the payment. I had to ask twice after the payment was made for the invoice. When I finally recieved the invoice it was incorrect . I asked that the invoice must please be corrected with the details I sent them. It is two days now and I still haven't received the correct invoice eventhough I am asking for it daily.
