Bad service

I think the key to a successful business is by keeping your loyal customers happy. After that everything will fall in to place by word of mounth.

For three weeks now I have been waiting for a size 8 horse riding boots. I ordered the boots through my local petshop but yet again I received a message today that Solo delivered but no boots.

I have one of the biggest competitions coming up in the beginning of October and can not ride with the boots I currently have because it is a hazzard and a danger to my horse's life or my own.

Like any new shoes you buy, they need to be worn in. It's difficult to do that if you do not receive the shoes.

I never have a problem with Solo and want to know what's going on?
