Awful service

Absolutely awful service. Ordered an item online a week ago that was supposedly in stock. A week later they are manufacturing as they don't have stock. Cannot tell me when my item will be shipped. Tried email and WhatsApp without any joy. Eventually got hold of them by phone but still no joy with a delivery date. Now, let's see how long my refund will take.
