WORST DEALERSHIP!!

I bought a BMW 323I 2008 from Anglo Auto(Finance through Solo Motors) in Goodwod on the 28th of June 2018.

The night when I fetch the can the dealer informed me that if I have any problems I must just let them know, he rushed the whole delivery process said if we need anything we must just let him know the morning because he must be at church 18:00.

On the 30th of June 2018 the radio of the car stopped playing, obviously I thought maybe I pressed something because everything is still new, after 2 hours it just went on and started playing again.

On the 5th of July the radio did the same thing but this time it affected the mirror on the passage side as well, I took a video and informed the dealer, but unfortunately there was no feedback or responds from them.

On the 6th of July the same thing happened, and I informed again, all responds I got was “Bring the car in”

The 6th of July it was a Friday and nothing can happen on a Friday so I had to wait till Monday to arrange something, Monday came and I manage to get Wednesday the 11th of July 2018 off.

On the 9th of July 2018, my cars computer said the right bulb blew, I got so angry because all this stuff should not go wrong in such a short time, I parked the car at home and I left for gym about an hour and a half later and the bulb was fine, I knew immediately something electrical is wrong with this car.

On the 11th of July the dealer manage to get an appoint for me at KMA in Goodwood to take the car to, I wasn’t happy the way they do things and it looks like they work from a yard.

On the 12th of July (Nadia my fiancé) called the motor industry of SA and explained everything and they said we have the right to take the car back and get a full refund.

I then typed out a letter and went to Owner of Anglo Auto on the 13th of July 2018 I brought up all the problems and said what law there is and they still did not wanted to refund me.

We saw Bruce at Solo Motors where my finance is through on Friday the 24th of August 2018 just to inform him about all this as well, and he said he will get back to Nadia Monday the 27th of August 2018 and today it is Wednesday the 29th of August and still nothing?

Just before I got the car there was an oil service done, on the 17th of August my computer informed me my oil is half, so my question is how does a cars oil go from full to half in 3000km?

Also on the 28th of August there came up another alert with a battery and a key? More and more problems.

Also there has accrued more problems in September,

I have lost all my faith in this car, not just this I started having problems since day 2. I can’t let my Fiancé drive a car like this because the next thing will be the car break down in Dunoon and she might get ****ed? I think her safety is more important.

Also what if I’m in a situation where I must go over to the left lane quick and the mirror is down and I cause an accident and people die?

Also we saw a lawyer and still nothing, SOLO MOTERS and ANGLO AUTO is the worst place to do business with!!
