Unacceptable

<p>On the 5th of May 2017 I signed my ownership contract for the Renault Twingo 1.6 Gordini RS that I bought from Solo Motors Goodwood in Cape Town.</p> <p>At first the service was good as we started and processed the deal but as soon as I took ownership it took a turn for the worst.</p> <p>After numerous telephone calls, Emails and SMS's we had no luck of getting any feedback from the Sales Person Abe Neethling and the owner Mike Nathan. I reported as I left the dealership that the service light of the car was on (but I was told the vehicle was serived) I also never recived a service history book or an indication of when last the vehicle was serviced which I think is totally unacceptable. As till this very day I am STILL waiting for the service history book and for my car to be booked back to them to reset the service light and some other fault that reflected on the dashboard. I was also told the vehicle was ''Accident free" bbut when I took the vehicle to have the balancing and allignment done I came to know that it had been in an accident as the left steering arm was bended. </p> <p>I will never reccomend anyone to do business with these people as the only thing they care about is the deals they do and the money they can make off us.</p> <p>No customer satisfaction whatsoever. </p>
