The Ghosting Dealer

Honestly amazing service to get the sale from Quinton from QJL Autos who does finance via his sisters dealership..

But honestly after service is pathetic... I bought my vw TSI from Quinton in September. He promised to cover first installment. The day before it was due i messaged him about it and called me with all sorts of excuses... Friday my cars oil coolor or something packed up we contacted Quinton immediately when we noticed the leak.... B Saturday came the morning we contacted him early then was told he will find out from one workshop but we had to keep contacting him to find out whats going on and most of the time he would ignore our calls...

He eventually responded aftrt wasting half of the day of him in a hospital and that was then the last we heard from him...

I am honestly so annoyed with him as we are sitting without a car and neither did he come to a resolution of a courtesy car in the mean time...
