Sold car under false pretence

i bought a car by helderberg auto traders/ solo motors last year November and i kept on saying dealer fix this and they **** to me to say the i am second owner which is i investigated not to be and that the car was in an accident and did not disclose that AA report helped me know they dont want to take back their car cause its going to give me troubles. i will fight them please be careful when you buy a cars dealers are ******.
