Not keeping promises

<p>About 4 months ago i bought from solo motors in voortrekker road. All the negotiations went well they replaced a few things that bothered me and the radio was not working they said they are still looking for a quotation to replace the radio with the idrive on the bmw 550i. We wrote on the contract that it must still be raplaced before signing. So after receiving the vechile i sent them a qoute on the radio from bmw because you can not buy it anywhere else they said no its 2 much they cant pay that so its been 4 months with out a radio in my car and the problem is getting worse because of the idrive on it. Every time I contact them its all empty promises</p>
