No car key for my brand new car

<p>I bought my car on the 29th of November 2016. Up until now, 09/02/2017, I have not received my master car key. They promised to fix my key within 3 days after the 29th Novemeber as it was broken and every since everytime I call them the manager is always not there but I can here on the background that he is telling the receptionist that I must call back later. They are playing games with me and maybe its because I am a young black women.</p> <p>I would never advise anyone to buy their car there because their service is poor after you have signed papers and purchased the car. My car had plug faults after a week and they **** and said it was serviced befor they gave it to me, mind you this is a Hyundai i20...i expected more.</p>
