DMF failure/ Vehicle delivery charges

I bought a 2010 VW jetta 5 1.6 tdi with 178000 km at Solo Motors 240 Voortrekker Road Goodwood Cape Town and the vehicle was financed by MFC. On 2016-02-11 I took a flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town and at about 15:00 I arrived at the vehicle dealership I first checked the vehicle and complained of front worn tyres which were then replaced. I signed the contract with Mr Deon Pretorius, I asked him about the delivery charges to the amount of R1864.78 on the contract and he said its part of the deal, I drove back to Jhb. Now the car is having signs of Dual Mass Flow failure on the clutch and I have not even reached 3500 km nor a month owning the vehicle I dont sit on the clutch when m driving. I have owned two VW jetta 4s 1.9tdi, 2001 and 2004, i am still owning the 2004 jetta and has not given me such problem since I bought it in August 2011. On 2016-02-16 I emailed a complaint of delivery charges to the Salesman Mr Richard there was no response. I then called him and he said I should talk to Mr Deon Pretorius. I feel it was not fair to be charged for vehicle delivery because I fetched the car myself, and also that the car is giving DMF cluch problems in less than a month.
