The Solmate digital payment platform is a **** and their services are the worst I've ever experienced, Consumer Support is automated and is appalling, you can't get through to their Service Desk Agents telephonically even after being on the hold for more than 30 minutes.

The Financial Regulatory Body of SA should look into this digital platform as I presume its another Ponzi Scheme of some sort
